1. Nature of Services

My Sacred Healing at The Wellness Box offers holistic wellness services including but not limited to: full-body energy scanning, energy healing sessions, sound healing, breathwork, shamanic practices, healing massage therapy, healing cuddling therapy, womb healing care, and related products. These are wellness practices rooted in holistic and spiritual traditions.

Our services are intended to support your overall sense of wellbeing, promote relaxation, and facilitate your own healing process. They do not treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease, condition, or mental health disorder.

By booking a session or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are seeking wellness support, not medical treatment
• You have consulted or will consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns
• Our services complement but do not replace professional medical or mental health care
• Results vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

2. Healing Assessment Quiz

The healing assessment quiz available on our website is a wellness screening tool designed to understand your personal needs and recommend appropriate healing modalities. It is not a medical diagnostic instrument and does not produce a medical diagnosis of any kind.

Quiz results represent suggested wellness approaches based on your self-reported responses. They are not a substitute for professional evaluation, clinical assessment, or a licensed health practitioner's judgment.

3. Booking and Appointments

Session bookings are subject to availability. By submitting a booking request through our website, you are requesting an appointment — bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Dr. Mel or My Sacred Healing at The Wellness Box.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session may forfeit the session fee
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee
• Dr. Mel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control — in such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered

4. Payment Terms

Payment for shop orders is collected at the time of purchase through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. Payment for booked sessions is due as specified at the time of booking.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe
• Shop orders are processed upon successful payment
• Digital products (guides, resources) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered
• Physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition — contact us to initiate a return

5. Health Intake and Informed Consent

Prior to your first session, you may be asked to complete an intake form disclosing relevant health information. This information is used solely to ensure our services are appropriate for you and to personalize your experience.

By booking certain sessions — particularly in-person sessions such as Healing Cuddling Therapy or Healing Massage Therapy — you agree to a verbal or written informed consent discussion covering what the session involves, appropriate boundaries, and your right to stop or modify the session at any time.

If you have a serious medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other health concern, please disclose this at the time of booking so we can assess whether our services are appropriate for you.

6. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms, completing the assessment quiz, or booking sessions
• Treat Dr. Mel and all staff with respect and professionalism
• Honor the sacred nature of the healing space — inappropriate, abusive, or harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
• Not use our website to transmit spam, harmful content, or engage in any unlawful activity
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce our website content or proprietary materials

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or whose conduct is harmful or disrespectful.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, healing quiz content, resource guides, blog posts, program materials, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to My Sacred Healing at The Wellness Box and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of individual pages for informational purposes is permitted.

The names "My Sacred Healing," "Dr Mel," and associated service names and branding are proprietary and may not be used without permission.
