cancellation policy
At My Sacred Healing, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure that we can serve all of our clients effectively, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
Individual Sessions
- Cancellations or Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late cancellations (within less than 24 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the required 24-hour notice will be processed within 7 business days.
Group Sessions and Classes
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge of the registration fee.
- No Refunds for No-Shows:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for no-shows as space is limited in group sessions.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
